We asked Corey Lambert, Co-owner of Buckhorn Nursery in Hardee County, how he works to reduce his environmental impact:
“We use Best Management Practices, or BMPs, such as automated irrigation to help reduce water use. We also use a tailwater recovery system, which captures and recycles excess water, providing ample water savings. These practices reduce our footprint on the environment and help protect the land for future generations.”
